150 Double Unders (75 per person)

Split anyhow:

100 Push Ups
120 Sit Ups
60 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)
80 Weighted Lunges (115/75)

Team WOD L2: For time:

100 Double Unders (50 per person)

Split anyhow:

50 Handstand Push Ups
50 Toes to Bar
50 Shoulder to Overhead (175/115)
50 Weighted Lunges (175/115)

You may know him as the ‘Prince’.  You may know him as King Apres.  On June 22nd, you will get to know him as an MMA fighter.  Office to Octagon is an organization that is putting together a fight-night fundraiser dedicated to fighting childhood obesity by taking kids of the streets of Boston  and teaching them Jiu Jitsu and boxing.  If you haven’t had a chance to pay it forward, click here for to donate for what will surely be a fantastic night and a great opportunity to help out.  We are all behind you Bern!!!!
